I had the pleasure of working with Kent looking for a home for my mother. I can't recommend or thank him enough. He was knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. Even though the market is turning houses like hot cakes, he helped me find the absolute perfect home for her. I live out of state and only had one day to see all of the houses we were interested in seeing, so time was of the essence. Kent not only made it easy, he also made it incredibly enjoyable. Through his guidance and knowledge, I was able to get an amazing deal on an amazing house! Our closing was so easy and he handled everything for us except our signatures! If you're looking to buy in Hot Springs, I would whole-heartedly say go with Kent!
